We need someone to help us raise money and promote the conservation of bats.


A wildlife background is desirable, and good social skills essential! 👫

Ambulance Driver Vacancy  🚑 

Ideal for someone with flexible hours, who enjoys communicating with the public about bats.

Responsibilities of ambulance driver:

  • To ensure that the public are safe and aware of the potential risk of rabies;-

  • To collect and transport bats from members of the public's houses to the BBR HQ; and

  • To (if vaccinated and once trained) assess the bats' injuries and decide the course of action needed to be taken i.e medication / vets.

Skills needed for ambulance driver:

  • Background in wildlife care (desirable);

  • Access to a car and a clean driving licence (essential);

  • Rabies vaccinated (desirable); and

  • Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable (essential).
